1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit: name, company, email address, country, product interest, your message and any files you choose to send.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, recorded by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
• We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build user profiles and we do not buy contact lists.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To operate, secure and improve this website — our legitimate interest in running a working, safe site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To meet legal obligations such as tax, export and customs records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• We never sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months.
• Orders and related commercial records: for as long as accounting and export law requires (usually 10 years).
• Server logs: up to 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and security. FormSubmit — the form-to-email relay that delivers your enquiry to our mailbox. Our email provider. Freight forwarders and customs agents, only once you place an order. Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

6. International transfers

We are based in China and our service providers may process data in the European Union, the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small first-party analytics script to count page views and to measure how long a page is read. It records the page address, the referring site, the country and city (derived by our hosting provider from the network request), the device type and the time spent on the page. It does not set cookies, it does not store your IP address and it cannot identify you personally. The data is stored in our own Cloudflare account and is used only to understand which pages are useful. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

8. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and we keep software up to date. No system is perfectly secure; please tell us if you suspect a problem.

10. Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16.
