Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of htwoodworking.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not replace the written quotation and contract for any machine you buy.
1. Scope
This website is operated by H&T TOOLS · HTK MACHINERY, Weihai, Shandong, China. It is an information site for business customers; it is not an online shop and nothing on it is a binding offer.
2. Information on this site
Specifications, dimensions, capacities and images are indicative. Machines are continuously improved, so the delivered machine may differ in detail. The binding specification is the one written in your quotation and contract. Images may show optional equipment that is not included by default.
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and, where agreed, when the deposit is received.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted ex works or on the Incoterm stated in the quotation, excluding duties and taxes unless stated. Payment terms are those in the quotation or contract.
5. Delivery and risk
Lead times are estimates based on the configuration and on the shipping schedule at the time of order. Risk passes according to the Incoterm agreed in the contract.
6. Warranty
Machines carry a 12-month warranty from commissioning or delivery, whichever comes first, covering manufacturing defects. Wear parts, consumables and damage caused by incorrect operation, modification or lack of maintenance are excluded. The warranty document supplied with the machine applies.
7. Spare parts and service
Spare parts and technical support are available for every model we sell. We aim to answer technical questions within one working day.
8. Intellectual property
Text, photographs, drawings and the H&T TOOLS / HTK marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of production. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts of Weihai, Shandong, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
